Broken Computer
#1
My computer broke last night.
Battery works fine, just the screen won't respond.
I've troubleshot and shit, but with no results.

Called Asus

They politely said my computer is fucked

I bought a new computer

Did you accidently hit the screen without realizing? Or maybe it's a virus

Yeah my other computer took a shit too. Super random. After an update I couldn't log in anymore because it kept saying handle is invalid. Called someone and they were basically clueless. Never heard it happen before

I've had a problem similar and it was a simple fix on the motherboard.
I took it to a repair shop, a proper one where they have tools and diagrams of computers and the man kindly fixed it for me and it only cost me around $40.

He had to solder and fix a couple things, but he was quick and it was up and working 2 hours later.

Yea, but I had some files on that, which is rather not have people see, or know of ( not porn, Tongue )
It is something I'm far too protective of
